The college currently has nearly 90 faculty and staff members, including 18 professors and 25 associate professors. Among them, over 50 hold doctoral degrees. The institution boasts 2 recipients of national-level talent programs, 2 individuals selected for Zhejiang Province's "151 Talent" cultivation program, 1 provincial "Ten Thousand Talents Program" philosophy and social sciences leader, 2 provincial "Five Categories" (theory) talents, 1 young talent, 2 "Zhijiang Youth" awardees, 1 provincial ideological and political work backbone, 3 outstanding "Star Classroom" teachers, and 1 first-batch participant in the provincial "152" Party history talent program. Additionally, it has 1 member of the Provincial Education Steering Committee, 1 nominee for the 2015 National Influential Figure in Ideological and Political Theory Courses, 4 Ningbo "Six Categories" (theory) talents, 1 municipal "Cultural Celebrity", 2 municipal "Pan-3315" talents, 5 municipal social science leaders, 1 Ningbo "4321" talent, and 4 participants in the Yongjiang Talent Cultivation Project (Municipal Leading and Top Talent Development Program).
Guided by the educational philosophy of cultivating virtue and nurturing talent, the college has been committed to enhancing teaching quality. It has produced outstanding ideological and political education instructors, whose achievements have been widely featured in major media outlets including Guangming Daily and CCTV's News 30 Minutes. Over 50 faculty members have been honored with provincial/municipal awards such as Outstanding Educators, Excellent Ideological Workers, and Municipal-level Communist Party Member and Faculty Excellence. Additionally, more than 50 have received municipal honors including "Distinguished Teacher" and "Middle-aged/Youth Backbone Teacher" titles in ideological education. A number of faculty members hold key positions in national, provincial, and municipal academic societies.
